Will Deepika Padukone Attend Met Gala 2019? Designer Prabal Gurung Hints At Her Return With This Picture

Prabal recently took to his Instagram handle to share a throwback star-studded photo from last year’s event which features Deepika Padukone in the red gown.

Bollywood sensation Deepika Padukone left one and all stunned with her drop-dead gorgeous appearance at the last year fashion industry’s biggest event Met Gala 2018. All eyes are now all the return of the diva at this prestigious annual fashion night this year. A new photo shared by designer Prabal Gurung is now going viral as he hints at the comeback of Deepika.

Prabal recently took to his Instagram handle to share a throwback star-studded photo from last year’s event which features the Padmaavat star in the red gown. The designer captioned, “It’s that time of the month again.”

For the uninitiated, Met Gala 2010 will be taking place on 6 May and its theme is ‘Camp: Notes On Fashion.’

Other than Deepika, the picture also has the presence of Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Hailee Steinfeld, Diane Kruger, Eiza Gonzalez, Gabrielle Union-Wade, Ming Xi, and Troye Sivan. A fan of Deepika quickly dropped a comment on the post, said

DP opted for a Prabal’s creation at Met Gala 2018 and she turned heads with her thigh-high spit red gown. Meanwhile, her fellow Priyanka Chopra was also seen in attendance at the event last year, though she donned her go-to Ralph Lauren. The fact is that Priyanka and her newly wedded husband Nick Jonas made their first couple appearance at 2017 Met Gala, where they both chose Ralph Lauren.
