UP Police Visits "Kalank" Star Sonakshi Sinha's Residence Due To Her Alledged Cheating Case

Sonakshi Sinha has landed in trouble because of a case of fraud registered against Bollywood actress. The cops visited Sonakshi's residence for further investigation.

A case has been lodged against Sonakshi Sinha for indulging in her absence at an even back in 2018. Reportedly, the Moradabad police investigated her Mumbai residence today.

According to the complaint, the actress was supposed to perform at an event in New Delhi, however, at the last minute however, Sonakshi canceled her appearance causing huge losses to the event organization unit. One of the organizers named Pramod Sharma filed an FIR against Sonakshi on February 22, 2019. He accused her of cheating and defrauding the booking of Rs 32 lakh, which had been transferred to the actress's account for her performance.

Some sources quoted that the police visited her residence and left after conducting the inquiry within a few hours. The police confirmed through a leading magazine.

Reacting to these allegations, Sona's spokesman criticized this man for delivering misinformation and confirmed that the actress has been working will her entire honesty and sincerity since she made her foray in the industry.

On the professional front, Sonakshi Sinha was last seen Karan Johar directorial Kalank, which turned out to be a box-office bomb. She will be seen in Khandaani Shafakhana which is directed by Shilpi Dasgupta and co-stars Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Sharma.
