Sushant Singh Rajput is over the moon after the stupendous success of his latest film Chhichhore (2019). Helmed by well-known filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari, the college-caper did exceptionally well at the domestic box-office and turned out to be one of the biggest hits of the actor’s career.
The latest we hear that Sushant Singh Rajput has been offered something very exciting. He is now looking at exploring opportunities in the digital space. A source close to the actor reveals to a publication,
Reportedly, Sushant Singh Rajput has liked the subject of the project that he has been offered. However, he is yet to sign it on the dotted line. If he comes on board, the series will mark his debut in the digital world.
Meanwhile, the actor is looking forward to the release of his film Drive. Instead of having a theatrical release, the movie will directly premiere on streaming media giant Netflix. Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, Drive is directed by filmmaker Tarun Mansukhani, known for his 2008 directorial Dostana.
The action entertainer also features Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead role. Interestingly, Ms Fernandez is also gearing up to make her digital debut with a Netflix original titled Mrs Serial Killer. It is being helmed by Shirish Kunder.
Apart from Drive, Sushant Singh Rajput will also be seen in Fox Star Studios’ much-awaited romantic film Dil Bechara. The movie marks the directorial debut of renowned casting director Mukesh Chhabra. It stars Sanjana Sanghi as the female lead and is set to roll into theatres on 28th November, 2019.
