It Turned Out Deepika Padukone And Amrita Rao Are Related And Here’s The Reason Why

Actresses Deepika Padukone and Amrita Rao are among the most famous beauties of Bollywood. They were well known not only for their fantastic acting skills but also for their beauty and elegance. And guess what, the two actresses had just become relatives when their cousins got married to each other a few days ago.

It is not the first time that Bollywood has two celebrities related to each other. Previously, actor Anil Kapoor got married to Ranveer Singh's aunt; singer Ali Zafar got married to Aamir Khan's cousin and many more. And now when Deepika Padukone’s cousin got married to Amrita Rao’s cousin, everyone got to see the two superstar couples appearing at the same event. Deepika Padukone went together with Ranveer Singh to the wedding while Amrita Rao also came with her husband RJ Anmol.

The grand wedding was held in Konkani traditional style at a classy hotel in the suburb. The photos of the two celebrity couples taken at the wedding immediately went viral on social media. In the pictures, Deepika Padukone and Amrita Rao both looked gorgeous in traditional clothes. While Deepika was wearing a white sari with halter neck and lotus patterns, Amrita chose a pink kangiwarm lehenga which is super trendy and perfectly matched with the summer vibe.

Apart from the bride and the groom, the two couples were the ones who got the most attention at the wedding. One interesting thing is that the two beauties were seen laughing and talking to each other in native Konkani language while both their husbands RJ Anmol and Ranveer Singh don’t speak Konkani. Also, Ranveer Singh stayed by Deepika’s side throughout the wedding, and he even held his wife’s high heels so that she can perform the rituals with everybody. Check out some photos below:

On the work front, Deepika is busy filming for Chhapaak by Meghna Gulzar, whereas her husband Ranveer Singh is shooting for Kabir Khan’s 83, a film based on the 1983 cricket World Cup. Meanwhile, Amrita Rao has appeared on the film Thackeray along with actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
