Shraddha Kapoor And Varun Dhawan Celebrate 4 Years Of "ABCD 2" With Special Posts

The dance drama film Remo D’Souza’s ABCD 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Dhawan completed its four years of the release today. On this occasion, both Varun and Shraddha took to their social media handles to share special posts about their film.

Shraddha Kapoor celebrated the special day by posting a collage of different scenes from the movie on her Instagram Stories. She captioned the post,

On the other hand, Varun also expressed his excitement as the film marked four years of release by posting a hilarious video with choreographer Rahul Shetty.

Talking about ABCD 2, the film centers on Suresh Mukund (Varun Dhawan), who tries his best to become a famous dancer to fulfill his mom’s wish. Suresh falls in love with his childhood friend named Vinita Sharma (Shraddha Kapoor), and together they form a team to take part in a dancing competition in NY. The rest of the film is all about how they overcome challenges to win the trophy.

Following the success of ABCD 2, the entire team is currently working on the third installment of the film named Street Dancer 3D. The makers of the film initially announced that Katrina Kaif would play the lead role opposite Varun Dhawan. However, the actress later walked out of the project because of her scheduling conflict, and Shraddha Kapoor replaced her.

It is reported that Varun Dhawan will be getting into the skin of a Punjabi dancer and Shraddha Kapoor will be essaying a Pakistani woman. Directed by Remo D’Souza’s and also featuring Shakti Mohan, Aparshakti Khurana and Nora Fatehi in the key roles, the movie is slated to hit the cinema 24^th January 2020.
