Shah Rukh Khan has not signed any project after his ambitious film “Zero” fell flat at the box-office in 2018. Buzz has it that he teaming up with Rajkumar Hirani for his next.

Shah Rukh Khan, who has been missing from the scene for more than a year now, may return to grace the silver screen in 2020. Buzz has it that the superstar is set to join forces with acclaimed filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani for a big-ticket offering. Apart from playing the male lead, Khan will also co-produce the upcoming venture. Besides Rajkumar Hirani, the superstar is also considering to team up with South Indian filmmaker Atlee and director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK.
Megastar Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in his home production Zero (2018) alongside Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. Despite being mounted on a huge scale and great pre-release buzz, the movie failed to click with the audience and incurred heavy monetary losses to the actor-producer. After the debacle of Zero, he took some time off to pick up his next project. On being asked about his long break from movies, Khan had earlier said that this time, he did not feel like doing it. He added that he would take out time to watch films and listen to scripts and read books.
