Salman Khan On His Most Challenging Role: "I Had To Lose Weight And Then Gain Weight"

During an interview with a leading daily, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan talked about the most challenging role in his career.

Apart from making a strong impression with his outstanding acting skills, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has won our hearts his with the perfectly muscled body, which gives any young actors a run for the money.

As an actor, the 53-year-old actor has time and again undergone drastic physical transformation to perfectly get into the skin of his character in every film. During an interview with Bombay Times, Salman talked about the most difficult roles in his career.

While some people think that Dabangg 3 could be his most challenging role when the superstar had to go through a drastic weight loss for his role as the young Chulbul Pandey in the film, Salman Khan revealed that it was Sultan.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Salman Khan’s latest film Bharat has collected over Rs 207 crore after three weeks of release. Directed and written by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat is a remake of a Korean movie An Ode To My Father which depicts the history of India through the life of Salman’s character from the age of 18 to 70. It also features Katrina Kaif, Nora Fatehi, Sunil Grover, and Disha Patani.

After Bharat, Salman has started shooting for his upcoming film Dabangg 3 with Sonakshi Sinha and Arbaaz Khan, which is the third installment for the super hit franchise of the same name. He already shot for the film’s item song with Loveyatri star Warina Hussain at one popular studio in Mumbai.

Also, Dabangg 3 marks the second collaboration between Salman and director Prabhudheva after 10 years. The film is all set to hit the cinema on 20th December 2019.
