Ranveer Singh To Replace Salman Khan In Bhansali’s “Inshallah”

Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali have delivered three blockbuster films together. So now when Salman Khan has reportedly opted out of Bhansali’s next ambitious film “Inshallah”, Singh is rumoured to be stepping into Khan’s shoes.

Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali have worked together on three blockbuster films so far. Both are considered one of the most successful actor-director duos in Bollywood, who never fail to offer something new to their audiences.

Buzz has it that after Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram Leela (2013), Bajirao Mastani (2015) and Padmaavat (2018), Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Leela Bhansali may collaborate once again.

With the news of Bhansali and superstar Salman Khan parting ways is swirling all around of late, film enthusiasts were keen to know whether or not Inshallah will be made anytime soon. While some industry sources said that Sanjay Leela Bhansali has shelved the movie, others said that the director may rope in some other actor and continue with the project.

A source close to the project said,

Other sources added that Alia Bhatt, who plays the female lead in Inshallah, has extended all her co-operation towards the project.

If fresh reports are to be believed, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has roped in his favourite Ranveer Singh to play the lead role in Inshallah. If the news is indeed true, then Singh will step into the shoes of Salman Khan.

Ranveer Singh has previously worked with Alia Bhatt in Gully Boy (2019) which turned out to be a huge success at the box-office. It will be interesting to see if the pair weaves the same magic again.
