Randeep Hooda has been missing from the scene for quite some time now. However, he will soon be seen in a couple of exciting films slated to release in 2020. The handsome actor is reuniting with superstar Salman Khan in the forthcoming film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The two are working together after four years. Randeep Hooda first collaborated with him on Kick (2014) followed by Yash Raj Films’ 2016 blockbuster Sultan.
Showering praises on Salman Khan, Randeep Hooda says that the megastar’s movies are a genre in themselves. “In Kick, I changed Salman. In Sultan, I trained him and in this (Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai), we are going to have some confrontation. Salman’s films are a genre in themselves and I think it is a different kind of an atmosphere. I, as an actor, definitely believe that one should be able to adapt to all atmospheres and styles of working and I am excited about it,” he tells a newswire.
Adding further, Randeep says that Salman is a very good friend and someone he looks up to. “He has been a very good friend and somebody I have looked up to in more ways than one, so it is always exciting to be in a movie with him. Through him, my work reaches a lot more people,” adds the actor.
Not only Salman Khan, Randeep Hooda is also reuniting with his Highway (2014) director Imtiaz Ali once again. The two have finished shooting for their upcoming film which is tentatively titled Aaj Kal. “We worked together after five years. That (Highway) one was a performance-based role and so is this (Aaj Kal) and I love the theme of the film. It is Love Aaj Kal. It is Love Aaj Kal in the times of hashtags, and what it used to be before there were mobile phones. It is kind of a comparison between that,” concludes the actor.
