Priyanka Chopra took to her Instagram to express her excitement when 'Paani' won a National Awards for Best Film on Environment Conservation.

Priyanka Chopra has produced a lot of regional films under her production banner Purple Pebble Productions and Marathi movie Paani was the latest one. Now, the film has garnered National Film Award for Best Film on Environment Conservation and the diva just cannot suppress her excitement.

Taking to her social media to share with fans the joyful news, PeeCee expressed how proud she was to have a chance to produce a “special film” like Paani as well as congratulated to the entire team.

Talking about Paani in an earlier interview, Priyanka Chopra said,

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Priyanka Chopra will be next seen in Bollywood movie The Sky Is Pink which is set to screen at the Toronto Film Festival on 13th September. Directed by Shonali Bose, the film is based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis.

It also features Farhan Akhtar, Rohit Saraf and Zaira Wasim in the key roles and will release in India in October. Plus, she will be teaming up with Mindy Kaling for one wedding comedy.
