Priyanka Chopra’s sudden exit from Bharat may have made fans disappointed; however, director Ali Abbas Zafar claims that he totally understood her decision and still maintains a good friendship with the actress.

Priyanka Chopra was initially set to pair with Salman Khan in this movie, but she had to opt out from the project due to the conflict schedules with her wedding to Nick Jonas.

During a recent interview to PTI, Ali Abbas Zafar said that it was hard for them to change the dates because the film was already set to hit the cinema on Eid, 2019.

He further said that her exit does not affect their friendship because they both understood each other and they even plan to collaborate once again in other movies.
