Kiara Advani Excited About Her First In And As Film “Indoo Ki Jawani”

Kiara Advani began her Bollywood journey on a low note with her debut film Fugly (2014) sinking at the box-office without a trace. Her next film was M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016), starring Sushant Singh Rajput in the title role. The movie turned out to be a blockbuster at the cash counter, but it did not do much to propel Kiara Advani’s career in showbiz.

The actress never gave up and kept working hard on her craft. In 2018, Kiara Advani delivered two critically and commercially successful ventures. On one hand, people noticed her talent in the Netflix offering, Lust Stories. On the other hand, she also made her presence felt down south with the success of Telugu political drama, Bharat Ane Nenu.

Today, Kiara Advani is one of the most sought-after actresses in Bollywood. She is currently busy promoting her upcoming film, Kabir Singh, which is an official remake of Telugu hit, Arjun Reddy (2017). The actress recently wrapped up Dharma Productions’ Good News, co-starring superstar Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh.

Besides starring in Kabir Singh and Good News, Kiara Advani is also doing horror-comedy Laxmmi Bomb with Akshay Kumar and Dharma Productions’ Shershaah, where she is paired opposite Sidharth Malhotra Now, the gorgeous actress has given her nod to filmmaker Nikkhil Advani’s next production venture, Indoo Ki Jawani.

Kiara Advani is quite excited about her new film Indoo Ki Jawani because it is her first in and as movie where she plays the title role. The film revolves around a dating app and is set against the backdrop of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Indoo Ki Jawani will mark the directorial debut of Abir Sengupta. It will be produced under the banners of Electric Apples Entertainment and Emmay Productions.
