It’s Raining Awards For Priyanka Chopra As She Continues To Be Honored at Marrakech Film Festival

The nation’s desi girl and Bollywood breakout star Priyanka Chopra seems to be busy with collecting accolades this week. If on Tuesday, she was honored for her work at UNICEF with the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award, the actress continued to bring home another trophy as she was bestowed at the Marrakech Film Festival 2019 for her contribution to the cine industry two days later.

The Isn’t It Romantic star took to her Instagram handle to share a three-picture post of herself at the event along with a heartfelt note.

She got candid that to think her career is almost 20 years is surreal and said she’s honored and proud to be recognized at the festival.

Attending the awards event, the diva opted for a desi ensemble with a golden shimmery saree. She kept her hairstyle minimal but classy and her makeup was on point as always.

Other than Priyanka Chopra, Hollywood biggie Robert Redford, Frech filmmaker Bertrand Tavernier, and Moroccan actress Mouna Fettou were also honored at the film festival.

Talking about her award at UNICEF Snowflake Ball, the A-list shared a post on Instagram to thank UNICEF for the honor. She said,

On Wednesday, the Jonas Brothers’ member shared a picture of wifey PeeCee from the awards night along with an inspiring caption.

It’s raining awards for PeeCee. Earlier this week, apart from the UNICEF award, the star once again added another feather in her cap as she placed the 1^st position in the Top 10 Stars of Indian Cinema and Television of IMDB.
