Hottie Actress Poonam Pandey Arrested For Violating Lockdown Rules

According to a report, the controversial queen Poonam Pandey was arrested on Sunday evening at Marine Drive Police Station while driving her BMW car. It further stated that the police has confiscated her luxury car. Besides the actress, a man accompanied by her was also taken into police custody.

Talking about the reason why she was arrested, one source revealed that actress Poonam didn't follow the rules of the ongoing nationwide COVID-19 lockdown.

"A case has been registered against Pandey and Sam Ahmad Bombay (46) under sections 269 (Negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) and 188 (Disobedience of order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under provisions of the National Disaster Act," informed the senior police inspector Mrityunjay Hiremath.

Earlier, Poonam Pandey rocked the headlines when she filed a complaint against actress Shilpa Shetty's husband, businessman Raj Kundra, and his associates. Poonam Pandey accused Raj Kundra of illegally using the content featuring her even after a contract between the two parties was over.
