Deepika Padukone will star opposite actor Vikrant Massey in her upcoming biopic Chhapaak. During a recent interview with Mid-Day, Vikrant revealed more details about the drama which is based on the real life of an acid attack sufferer, Laxmi Aggarwal and bared his heart on the collaboration with Deepika.

One thing making fans excited and eager to watch the new film of Meghna Gulzar is the brand-new paring of Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey. The character of Vikrant, who has been starring in several films like Half Girlfriend, Lipstick Under My Burkha and Dil Dhadakne Do, is a social activist and also the female lead’s boyfriend, named Alok Dixit.
