Deepika Padukone To Romance Ranveer Singh's Co-Star Siddhant Chaturvedi In New Romantic Film

After paying and nailing a significant part in the Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer Gully Boy, Siddhant Chaturvedi is reportedly roping in for a new film. For this project, the actor will be opposite Deepika Padukone in a modern love tale. The movie is a directorial of Shakun Batra and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.

Post delivering two majestic stories, the filmmaker is aiming to depict another contemporary story with the participation of two brilliant actors. The unnamed project is powered by Dharma Productions of Karan Johar.

According to a report of Mumbai Mirror, the film is anticipated to be released in March next year. The locations and logistic have not been zeroed in yet. As per one source who informed the national press, the film’s plot will center around relationships in the modern day.

The grapevine has also spilled the beans that Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi would not be the movie’s only couple. Moreover, it has been disclosed the film will have two couples and one of them has been out in the open. The project is expected to have a number of intense romantic cuts.

The successful outcome of Gully Boy the film and the fame of MC Sher have assisted Siddhant in landing the part. Meanwhile, it is reported that the Padmaavat actress read through the script and agreed to join the time immediately. The source explained that it is because she hasn’t done a movie in this genre for a period now and Siddhant aspires to play different roles at the early stages of his career.

For the first part of their preparation for the film, two stars will take part in the character development workshops that take place next year.
