The friendship of Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan now becomes the talk of the town. The former Miss World Aishwarya recently shared a selfie picture with her husband actor Abhishek Bachchan and 7-year-old daughter Aaradhya on Instagram handle, and Deepika left an awestruck comment reading ‘my faves.’

The newly minted besties Aishwarya and Deepika stole the spotlights after the videos showing them having a blast at DeepVeer’s wedding reception were surfaced online. However, more recently, the duo was also seen dancing at Isha Ambani’s post-wedding sangeet function this month.

Deepika Padukone has been known for regularly dropping comments on her friends’ Instagram posts. For the uninitiated, it was also one of the ways that the revelation about her relationship with desi boy Ranveer Singh was made several months before their wedding in November. Even though they had never confirmed their relationship until the wedding announcement, though commenting on each other’s posts left no doubt in their well-wishers’ mind that their favorite couple was dating.

Workwise, Aishwarya was recently seen in the musical comedy film Fanney Khan, featuring Rajkummar Rao and Anil Kapoor. Meanwhile, Deepika will play a title role as an acid attack sufferer in Chhapak directed by Meghna Gulzar. Ranveer will play as a corrupt cop in Simmba starring Sara Ali Khan.

The fact is that the newlyweds on Tuesday were present at the screening of Simmba and Ranveer also revealed that his just married wife Deepika said she is ‘very proud’ of him.
