According to latest media reports, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul are in a serious relationship. Though both of them are tight-lipped about their relationship at the moment, insiders claim that they are indeed a thing.

Athiya Shetty is in love! The daughter of well-known Bollywood action star Suniel Shetty, who made her silver screen debut with Salman Khan Films’ Hero (2015) opposite debutant Sooraj Pancholi, is reportedly dating Indian cricketer KL Rahul who is currently a part of Indian World Cup squad.

A leading entertainment portal reports that Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul started dating each other somewhere around February this year and things have been going pretty strong for the couple ever since. The news has come as a surprise for many, though, because till a couple of months, Athiya was rumoured to be dating rapper Drake,
while Rahul has been in news for his rumoured relationship with gorgeous actress Nidhhi Agerwal.

A source reveals to the entertainment portal, "Rahul and Athiya have been going around with each other. They started dating since a little before February, this year. And things are quite serious." Before Nidhhi Agerwal, Rahul had also been linked to Jannat (2008) actress Sonal Chauhan.

According to reports, when Athiya Shetty was contacted for a confirmation, she chose not to talk about her relationship status. KL Rahul, on the other hand, is currently with India Cricket team playing in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 in England and hence he was unavailable to react to the news which has inflamed the internet.

However, on being asked about KL Rahul dating Athiya Shetty, another source reveals to the same entertainment portal that the cricketer is not dating any aforementioned actress. "He is not dating any of the actresses he has been linked with hitherto."

Meanwhile, Athiya Shetty is presently busy with her forthcoming film, Motichoor Chaknachoor. Also starring versatile actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead role, the movie is being helmed by Deba Mitra Hasan.
