"Chhapaak" Celeb Review: Deepika Padukone Delivers A Big-Time Impressive Performance

The Meghna Gulzar’s film Chhapaak starring Vikrant Massey and Deepika Padukone is among the most highly anticipated flick of 2020. Developed on the real-life story of acid attack victim Laxmi Agarwal, it is not until January 10 that Chhapaak is officially out at the cinemas.

Up ahead of the release, last night they arranged a special screening of Chhapaak and a lot of stars were present, including Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Rekha, Genelia Deshmukh, Tahira Kashyap, Yami Gautam, Arbaaz Khan along with Jackky Bhagnani, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Giorgia Andriani and more.

While the directorial of Meghna Gulzar has been on the town’s table for being embroiled in controversies, famous stars arrived at the screening to support Vikrant, Deepika and Meghna. The real-life heroine Laxmi Agarwal also was at the film screening.

Gliding past the early reviews on Twitter, the movie has succeeded in impressing the viewers with the brilliant performances, powerful dialogues, along with a profound screenplay which keeps them hooked to their seats.

Bollywood celebs have been heaping praises for Meghna and Deepika’s brave attempt. Riteish Deshmukh has posted to his Twitter account, applauding the actress for choosing such a subject for the first movie of her as a producer.  The Housefull 4 star was also in awe with the performance of Vikrant.
