Ayushmann Khurrana & Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha To Reunite

By delivering three superhit films, Ayushmann Khurrana scored hundreds out of hundreds in 2019. His first release of the year was crime drama Article 15. The movie opened to great critical acclaim and turned out to be one of the most successful offerings of the year. Not just critics, the audience also praised Khurrana’s powerful performance to no end. Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha also received overwhelming response for coming up with a gripping and relevant story that struck the right chord with almost every cinephile.
After enjoying great success with Article 15, we hear that Ayushmann Khurrana and Anubhav Sinha have decided to collaborate on yet another interesting film. Yes, according to fresh media reports, the actor-director duo is reuniting for a second time.
Reportedly, Ayushmann Khurrana has already given his nod to star in Sinha’s next directorial offering. The actor will start working on the untitled film right after wrapping up his ongoing projects. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalized. If all goes well, the yet-to-be-titled film will enter theatres in 2021.
Talking about the forthcoming films of Ayushmann Khurrana, the National Film Award winning actor will begin 2020 with the release of his much-awaited film Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan, which is a sequel to his 2017 hit Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. Khurrana is playing a homosexual man in the comic-caper slated to release on 21st February 2020.
His next release of the year will be Gulabo Sitabo. The film reunites the actor with his Vicky Donor (2012) director Shoojit Sircar after a gap of eight years. It also stars thespian Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. Khurrana is very excited about the film as it gives him an opportunity to work with Big B for the first time. Gulabo Sitabo rolls into theatres on 17th April 2020.
