16000 Man-Hours To Create Deepika Padukone Marvellous Hand-Embroidery Lehenga

The fairytale wedding of Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh has definitely one of the most expensive and extravagant weddings of the decade.

Earlier, the golden couple took their nuptial vow at Villa del Balbianello, Lake Como, Italy, which is one of the most scenic wedding locations in the world. From the unique wedding location, marvellous outfits till the bride’s heavy designed jewellery, and every single detail that could make people call to mind a luxurious and royal wedding.

After their hush-hush wedding in Italy, Deepika and Ranveer come back to India and hosted their second reception in Mumbai which reportedly was the first time invited the media beside close-knit friend and family in attendance. This time, the match did not fail to leave everyone awestruck with not only their lavish reception but the groom and bride appearance.

Turned up together in ivory and gold lehenga, the gorgeous couple came out in the mesmerizing outfit by designer Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla. In a video shared on Instagram recently, the designer revealed the process of making Deepika Padukone chiffon Chikakari lehenga. Reportedly, Deepika’s lehenga was hand-embroidered every single detail. The video also disclosed that it took about 16000 man-hours to complete Deepika lehenga at her Mumbai reception.
