Ananya Panday who was last seen in the film Pati Patni Aur Woh has managed to establish her own niche in the film industry even though she is just two films old. Ever since she made her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year 2, the young starlet is predicted to become a new rising star in B-town. The 21-year-old actress is making headlines every now and then.
With two films to her credit, Ananya is challenging herself with different types of role. While speculations are rife on her choice of roles, the actress, in a recent interview with Hindustan Times revealed it all.
When was asked about the kinds of role that she won’t do. The actress initially admitted that there is no barrier she has kept for herself but she typically won’t be interested in films that are misogynistic, sexist or hurtful to any kind of gender, or promoting morally wrong things.
Elaborating further over the same, she revealed that she found normal when taking the negative or grey roles as long as the film’s message isn’t wrong.

On the work front, her latest release Pati Patni Aur Woh is doing wonders in the ticket windows and it has garnered a positive response from the audience and the critics alike. The film revolves around the story of an already married man Chinu Tyagi (played by Kartik) who finds his interest in a new female colleague Tapasya Singh (Ananya Panday) and how he juggles between wife Vedika Tripathi and girlfriend will form the rest of the film.
