Alia Bhatt On Impressive Bollywood Achievement: "It Is Just The Beginning, There's Lot More To Do"

Talking about her successes in the Bollywood industry, Alia Bhatt said, "It is just the beginning. There is lot more to do but yeah, this year has started on a very positive note."

Alia Bhatt is basking in the success of their recently-released film Gully Boy, which raced past the Rs 100-crore mark within few days of its release. She also has some excellent movies in her kitty including Brahmastra, Kalank and Sadak 2. Alia has become one of the most bankable Bollywood actresses of the current time.

Talking about the success of commercial films, she believes in their stories. "If you see films like 'Raazi', 'Stree' and 'Badhaai Ho', these are small-budget films but they have got so much of love commercially. The truth is that commercial films are truly dependent on its story and after that everything follows."

At the Filmfare Award 2019, Alia Bhatt has bagged the trophy for the best actress, and we'd say it is much deserved indeed. Alia's performance in Raazi has received a lot of appreciation, and all that has eventually borne results. But the talented actress commented, "It is just the beginning. There is lot more to do but yeah, this year has started on a very positive note."

When asked if she feels more burden as a public figure, Alia said that whether she is a big star or not, she is still trying to be responsible as a citizen of India. Alia Bhatt's upcoming film, one of the much-awaited movies of this year, has received a lot of positive response from the audience since the first tease and song were dropped.

"We have just launched the second song from the movie. The title track of the film is going to be out soon which I feel is really amazing. It is one of my favorite songs in the album," the actress said while having a small interview at Reel Movie Awards 2019.
