March 9 was a very special day for Akash Ambani, who tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Shloka Mehta surrounded by their families and celebrities from all over the world. Akash Ambani is the oldest son of India's richest industrialist Mukesh Ambani while Shloka Mehta is the daughter of diamantaire Russel Mehta.
The wedding made global headlines, especially after the star-studded display seen at Mukesh Ambani's daughter Isha's wedding last year. The celebrations which took place in a romantic wedding ceremony at the Jio World Centre in Bandra-Kurla Complex in Mumbai were attended by many prominent Bollywood celebrities, politicians and sportspersons.
