Ajay Devgn Starrer “Maidaan” To Enter Theatres On November 27, 2020

Ajay Devgn is one of the most successful actors of Bollywood, who has been entertaining the audience for close to three decades now. He was last seen in filmmaker Luv Ranjan’s comic-caper De De Pyaar De (2019) alongside Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh. The film, which released in May, turned out to be a massive hit at the box-office.

Ajay Devgn is presently shooting for his next film Maidaan. The much-awaited film based on the Golden years of Indian Football has just locked a date for its theatrical release. It will be hitting theatres on 27th November 2020. Ajay Devgn is sharing the screen space with National Award winning Keerthy Suresh in the film. Keerthy is making her Bollywood debut with Maidaan.

The shooting of the film is presently underway. The makers are looking at completing the project by March 2020. Several technicians have flown in from LA to work on the VFX of the film. The makers are trying their best to ensure that the audience gets a world-class experience while watching the film in 2020.

Maidaan is produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Akash Chawla, and Arunava Joy Sengupta. Filmmaker Amit Ravindernath Sharma, who shot to fame after the huge success of his last directorial Badhaai Ho (2018), is helming the film. Screenplay and dialogues of the film have been written by Saiwyn Quadros and Ritesh Shah respectively.

However, before Maidaan arrives in cinemas on 27th November, Ajay Devgn will be seen in a number of exciting projects. His most ambitious film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, which also stars Saif Ali Khan and Kajol in important roles, is set to release on 10^th January, 2020. The actor will then be seen in multi-starrer Bhuj: The Pride of India, which also features Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra and Rana Daggubati in important roles.
