New Avengers 4 Fan Reveals the True Villain, not Thanos

In the blockbuster Avengers: Infinity War, The Infinity Stones plays an essential role. Thanos has tried to get his hands on the six little gems in order to fulfill his misguided mission to wipe out half of the universe.

He finally reached his goal regardless of the big effort of MCU’s heroes by killing half of the universe in Infinity War.

But, what if poor old Thanos himself isn't a really bad guy and it is one of the six gems - Mind Stone, which is a real villain?

One Avengers: Infinity War fan suggests this theory on Reddit. On zaneman777’s post, he claimed that “Stone Mind is alive” and Thanos was just manipulated by that evil spirit.

He shared that he had watched carefully the series and realized that every time when the gem is involved, certainly there will be somebody who wants to kill everybody.  His idea is that the Mind Stone is the real culprit which can control the host possessing it as well as influence those around it.

It is an interesting theory. Fans of Averagers has been in dispute for a long time about the real “evil”. While most of them acknowledge that Thanos is a big villain, some argue the possibilities of Peter Quill, Star-Lord or Thor because they cannot stop Thanos from wiping out the universe.
