Gwyneth Paltrow Fled Away After The Collision?
Following KUTV, the local Utah news station, Terry Sanderson stated that the Hollywood actress was skiing "out of control" and crashed into him from the back. The court document reported the complainant's words as "Paltrow got up, turned and skied away, leaving Sanderson stunned, lying in the snow, seriously injured."
There was a skiing instructor who was there to witness the accident. The instructor, however, said that it was Sanderson’s fault leading to the crash. On the contrary, Sanderson insisted that the instructor's words were all fake. In addition to that, he didn’t do anything to help him with the injuries.
The Man Sues Her For $3.1 Million
According to the allegation, Sanderson had four broken ribs, brain injury and other wounds as a consequence. He supposed that Paltrow holds no responsibility for the accidents and left the Deer Valley Resort right after that. Recalling his feelings in a press conference, Sanderson said that it was as sore as injecting novocaine straight into his brain as was unable to describe how it felt. Base on what happened to him, he sued Paltrow for $3.1 million.
Paltrow’s Response Says The Allegation Is Baseless
In response to the allegation, Paltrow’s company Goop has denied Sanderson's claims. They supposed that this lawsuit is utterly worthless as the actress is innocent.
