You are hearing correctly! A report said that we are going to see some Bollywood films about coronavirus and the filmmakers are progressing the film titles.
The world is creaking under the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus. In the midst of it, several filmmakers decided to spend time in registering titles for some Bollywood films about coronavirus. As per the latest report by Times of India, simulating the name of Hritik Roshan's flick Kaho Naa...Pyaar Hai in 2000, Eros International has made registration for the title of 'Corona Pyaar Hai'.
The report quoted Krishika Lulla's statement as: "Currently the scripting is going on. The subject (of the epidemic) is going to be set in a love story. Currently, we are fine-tuning the script and are waiting for things to subside, as things have come to a standstill now. Once everything is normal, we will start the project in full swing."
Following Indian Film and Television Producer Council, Eros International made it real to sign up for Corona Pyaar Hai last week as one of Bollywood films about coronavirus. The source said that Indian Motion Picture Producers' Asociation also announced a lot of filmmakers signing the word 'corona' in their films' titles. According to the source, another title released as 'Deadly Corona'.
The bearing of Bollywood films about coronavirus has created a buzz on the Internet. Absolutely, these films will cover the screen for the upcoming time to remind everyone of the serious global pandemic. Otherwise, Sooryavanshi featuring superstar Akshay Kumar and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar starring Parineeti Chopra have been canceled.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the film industry has been suffering a big loss at the box office. In spite of owning an excellent cast of Kareena Kapoor, Irrfan, and Dimple Kapadia, the movie Angrezi Medium failed to achieve a nice opening at the box office when only collecting about Rs 6.78 crore in the first two days.
Some other films' shooting schedules have been canceled amidst the coronavirus spread. They include Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Jersey featuring Shahid Kapoor, and Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
