"Chhichhore" Star Shraddha Kapoor Keen To Headline A Women-Centric Film

Shraddha Kapoor is currently basking in the thunderous success of her two films, namely “Saaho” and “Chhichhore”. Both movies have set the box-office on fire with their collections.

Shraddha Kapoor is on cloud nine these days as she basks in the huge success of her two films - Saaho (2019) and Chhichhore (2019). Both films, which released within a gap of a week, have set the box-office on fire with impressive collections. After starring in several multi-starrers in the recent past, the Haider (2014) actress is now keen to topline a female-centric movie.

Talking about the same, Shraddha Kapoor tells a publication that she is listening to a couple of scripts which are driven by a female protagonist.

Well, it is not like that Shraddha Kapoor has not done a female-centric film before. In 2017, she starred in Haseena Parkar, which was based on the life of terrorist Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar. Despite creating a lot of pre-release buzzes, the movie, however, tanked at the box-office without a trace.

Meanwhile, Shraddha Kapoor is now looking forward to the release of her next film Street Dancer 3D. The dance-based film reunites the actress with her ABCD 2 (2015) co-star Varun Dhawan and director Remo D’souza. Street Dancer 3D is set to arrive in cinemas on 24th January, 2020.
