Aamir Khan Heads Off To Panchgani For Christmas Celebrations

No matter how occupied Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan is, he always manages to squeeze out time from his busy schedule to be with family on special occasions. The superstar, who was last seen in Yash Raj Films’ Thugs of Hindostan (2018), has completely emerged himself into his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha. He has been shooting non-stop for the film since late September.

Since the story of the film unfolds in various locations, Aamir Khan has been traveling around the country to shoot for the Laal Singh Chaddha and has barely had any time to see his family. But finally, he has taken some time off from his busy schedule. Yes, you heard it absolutely right!

According to reports, Aamir Khan, along with wife Kiran Rao, son Azad, and his mother, has flown off to Panchgani to celebrate Christmas. A source close to Aamir Khan tells an entertainment portal that the superstar has been on a hectic shooting schedule non-stop for Laal Singh Chaddha and has not been able to spend any time with his family. When he finally got a break from shooting, he decided to make the best of it and took off to Panchgani along with the family to celebrate Christmas.

Laal Singh Chaddha is the official remake of the Hollywood classic Forrest Gump (1994), starring Tom Hanks in the lead role. If reports are to be believed, Aamir Khan will be shooting for the film across over a hundred real locations across the country. The actor will be seen in several different avatars in the much-awaited movie.

Aamir Khan has been paired opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan in Laal Singh Chaddha. The film reunites the two actors after a huge gap of eight years. The last time they worked together on Reema Kagti’s 2012 film Talaash: The Answer Lies Within. Written by Atul Kulkarni, Laal Singh Chaddha is being directed by Advait Chandan who made his directorial debut with Secret Superstar (2017), starring Zaira Wasim and Aamir Khan. The film is scheduled to arrive in theatres on Christmas 2020.
