Finally! Alia Bhatt Breaks Her Silence On Ranbir Kapoor's Relationships, Calls Him ‘Brilliant Friend’

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are among the most talked-about couples in Bollywood. Initially, neither of them confirmed or rejected the dating rumour. However, in June last year, Ranbir made it official that he is in love with Alia.

On the other hand, Alia took her own time to accept that she is dating Ranbir publicly. Since then, they have been making appearances together at several events, wedding functions, and award shows. From cosy getaways to romantic pictures, the two never fail to make hearts melt.

But now, Alia Bhatt confirmed that she is not in a relationship with Ranbir and that they are just good friends. In an interaction with a magazine, Alia said that she is in the best phase of her life:

Talking about Ranbir's past relationships, Alia Bhatt replied humorously it's a part of his life and who care, "Aur main thodi kam hoon? He's not difficult. He's a gem."

At the recently held Filmfare awards, Alia Bhatt showered actor Ranbir Kapoor ‘MY special man’ when she took the stage, where she won the Best Actress Award for her role in Raazi. In a video that went viral on social media, Alia can be seen saying "I love you," while Ranbir can be seen blushing over her special gesture.

Reportedly, the two also have the approval of their respective parents. On being asked about the same, Rishi Kapoor had said,

The two are going steady, and there is even much speculation about them tying the knot soon.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in last month's release Gully Boy and will next be seen in Kalank. Recently, she has come on board for SS Rajamouli's RRR, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah starring Salman Khan. She will also star in Karan Johar's Takht. 

Ranbir Kapoor, on the other hand, was last seen in 2018's biggest blockbuster and second highest grossing film of all time, Sanju. The duo will soon be seen sharing screen space in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra.
