Aamir Khan Purchases New Commercial Space In Mumbai Worth A Whopping Of Rs 35 Crores

According to DNA India, Bollywood megastar Aamir Khan has recently purchased a new property in Mumbai for commercial purposes worth a whopping of Rs 35 crores.

The report said that the property, which is part of Aamir’s entrepreneurial designs, has been bought under his production house, Aamir Khan Production Pvt Ltd and signed by his mom Zeenat Tahir Hussain Khan. Located in a building named Prime Plaza, the commercial space is 9000 square feet and has four office units. Aamir purchased it with a price of Rs 37,854 per sq feet.

As per the report by timesnownews.com, Aamir Khan had been looking for an office space for a long time and decided to purchase this property immediately because it’s near his residence in Mumbai.

On the professional front, Aamir Khan will be next seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, which is a remake of 1994 Hollywood blockbuster film Forrest Gump featuring Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks in the lead role.

Talking about doing the remake of Forest Gump, Aamir said,

Aamir further said that he has gone through intensive training to lose 20kg for his role in the film.

Aamir Khan’s last outing Thugs Of Hindostan was one of the biggest disasters of 2018 so his fans hope that the 54-year-old star will create magic in Laal Singh Chaddha. While the makers of the film have still kept the release date under wraps, rumor has it that Laal Singh Chaddha is set to hit the cinema in 2020.
