Deepika Padukone Is Barefaced & Unfiltered On The Cover Of Vogue Magazine

Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone never fails in acting skills and sartorial choices. And now, she gets the internet's heart as she went no-makeup for Vogue India's latest issue's cover. Untouched unfiltered and raw... only Deepika Padukone would dare to bare.

In this photoshoot, Deepika Padukone donned a beautiful cream-hued Burberry trenchcoat and exuded oomph as she flaunted her legs. Poised, elegant and stunning, Deepika painted a pretty picture with a nude, faux fur layer as she's seated on a blue ottoman. She left her tresses loose and let her eyes do the talking.

Sharing pictures from the shoot, the magazine’s official Instagram handle revealed Deepika as the cover girl for this month’s issue and wrote:

Being one of the highest-paid actors in Bollywood; a fixture on the red carpet at the Met Gala and Cannes; one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world, she has the galore, but she is also the victim of depression.

And now, during the interview with Vogue magazine, the actor has once again recalled the days of her struggle with depression.

Adding that a male star even went on to say that he didn’t have the luxury to be depressed, it seems like she’s taking a dig at Salman Khan's statement on depression. For the unversed, Salman earlier said that he could not afford the luxury of being depressed.

Further, the actress really doesn’t regret opening up on the subject, if anything, then she felt relief after sharing her experience.

Deepika will also reunite with her husband and actor Ranveer Singh to play his on-screen wife Romi in Kabir Khan’s 83. She is playing the role of Kapil Dev's wife Romi Bhatia in the film. Ranveer, on the other hand, is playing the role of Kapil Dev in the film.

Talking about the growth of her relationship with Ranveer, Deepika had told:

Ranveer stood like a pillar for Deepika when she was getting over depression. The couple stays strong to date.

Deepika has completed the shoot for Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak in which she plays the lead role of an acid attack survivor.
