Salman Khan Lands In Legal Trouble Again For Misbehaving And Snatching A Journalist’s Phone

Salman Khan has been at the center of several court cases and sentences in the past. While several verdicts remain pending, Salman seems to have fallen into legal trouble again for snatching a journalist’s mobile phone while he was trying to click the actor.

If you know Salman then you wouldn't be unaware of the fact how much he loves to cycle around the city! The actor who is known for his larger than life persona on-screen likes to keep in grounded in real life. On Wednesday evening, Salman Khan was supposed to be present at Yash Raj Studios to shoot a few promotional videos for his upcoming mega-budget period drama, Bharat.

But soon, there were reports when a journalist named Ashok Shyamlal Pandey claimed that once they spotted Salman on their way, he started clicking his videos after taking permission from the actor's bodyguard. But this didn't go down well with the Bharat actor and there was an argument between the two happened. Salman Khan reportedly lost his cool, misbehaved with a fan, and snatched away his mobile phone.

“We took out our mobile phones and started shooting. Suddenly, Salman turned around and gestured to his bodyguards. After that bodyguards riding motorcycles approached us.

“My cameraman was pushed by one of the guards and he even pushed our car with force. We ended up having an argument with them. Salman turned his cycle and came to us. We told him we were from the press. Salman said ‘It doesn’t matter’. Then he snatched our mobile phones and left.”

And while the other journalists were dialing 100, Salman’s guards returned their phone. But Pandey was in no mood to let things go off; he wondered if his celebrity status gives Salman the right to snatch someone’s phone. This man has accused Salman Khan and his bodyguards of misbehaving with him.

However, a passerby who observed the incident shared a different story.  According to him, Salman had not only warned the videographers but the mobile phone, too, was returned to them by his bodyguards.

"Salman was cycling on the road when all of a sudden, these two guys came and started driving right next to him. After that, they constantly kept on clicking videos of the actor. Salman gestured and asked them not to do that. In fact, his bodyguards and team members who were following him behind came ahead and requested the guys to stop shooting immediately."

A cross-application has been filed by the actor’s bodyguard against the complainant stating that he was following the star and filming him without his consent.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming venture Bharat. The actor took to Twitter and shared the first glimpse of the song titled 'Slow Motion' and announced that it will surface on Thursday, April 25.
