TRP Latest Report: Bad News For "The Kapil Sharma Show"

After putting out controversial statements on Pulwama terror attack and questioning the GOV about IAF strike, Navjot Singh Sidhu temporarily sacked from the favourite show The Kapil Sharma. A trend to boycott the show and Sidhu has also emerged. It seems to be that The Kapil Sharma Show has been delivering a series of gimmicks which are described as spontaneous and hilarious; especially after the absence of Chandan Prabhakar.

Unluckily, the report of TRP showed that The Kapil Sharma Show seriously dropped two places in the chart.

Meanwhile, there is no signal that the Khatron Ke Khiladi of Rohit Shetty with the tagline Jigger Pe Trigger will slow down. It is evident that the show has achieved the 1st position with a score of 3.1 of TRP

In the second position on the TRP chart is Super Dancer Chapter 3 airing on Sony TV. This kid dance show of Geeta Kapoor, Anurag Basu, and Shilpa Shetty gained 2.6 TRP rating this week. Following on the third position with 2.5 points is Naagin 3, a fictional series of Colors TV.

Falling from the second position, The Kapil Sharma Show is now on the fourth position on TRP rank. The comedy show of Sony TV is struggling with different hurdles to maintain 2.4 points which is just higher than the TRP rating 2.1 points of Kundali Bhagya, a family drama of Zee TV, in the fifth position.

It is likely that The Kapil Sharma Show is trying their best to maintain in Top 5 television shows in India. Despite there is the ninth week of the show, It is unclear that if The Kapil Sharma Show could achieve the numero uno position when the stunt-adventure show - Khatron Ke Khiladi - is going to have its ending with finale week episodes.
