You can experiment with different kinds of juice to find your best flavor

Pour out half a cup of juice into a glass or bottle, add all the amount of yeast and sugar we have, tighten the lip and shake it well to make sure the yeast and sugar are dissolved. Pour the mixture back into the bottle but leaving a 3-centimeter space on the top. Set the cap loosely and leave it to rest in two days.

After two days, give the bottle another good shake again. Remember to tighten the lid when shaking it then loosen it after that. Repeat it after every 2 days until the 6th day.

On the 6th day of the brewing process, pour water into half of the airlock, push the stopper into the bottle first then add the airlock. Check it every day to make sure the water is always half of the airlock. It not only keeps your wine from being spoiled by insects and bacteria but also allows the gas to grow inside the bottle.
