After making her Telugu debut with recently released franchise films “N.T.R: Kathanayakudu” and “N.T.R: Mahanayakudu”, National award-winning actress Vidya Balan is now set to enter the Tamil film industry with Ajith-starrer “Nerkonda Paarvai”.

Vidya Balan is unstoppable! After stepping into the Telugu film industry with recently released franchise films, N.T.R: Kathanayakudu and N.T.R: Mahanayakudu, the National award-winning actress is now gearing up for her Tamil debut.

Yes, Vidya Balan is set to take a plunge into Tamil cinema with an upcoming film called Nerkonda Paarvai. For the uninitiated, Nerkonda Paarvai is an official remake of the Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Kirti Kulhari starrer path-breaking film, Pink (2016).

The Tamil remake of Pink is headlined by superstar Ajith and Vidya Balan, while filmmaker H Vinoth is calling the shots for the project. Vidya, who is sharing the screen space with Ajith for the first time in her career, seems to be in complete awe of the talented actor and his chivalrous behavior.

According to reports, during the recent schedule of the film, Ajith waited for Vidya to finish her portions before heading home. Once the actress completed her scenes, Ajith accompanied her to her car and made sure that she left the sets before him. The sweet gesture seems to have touched the actress’ heart deeply and, we hear, she is mighty impressed with this gentlemanly behavior from Thala.
