Telugu superstar Prabhas, who is all set to woo fans with his action-packed avatar in the film Saaho, recently shared his first Instagram post. The actor joined the photo-sharing app a few days ago.

Days after silently making his debut on Instagram, Telugu superstar Prabhas has finally shared his first post on this photo-sharing application, which garnered much love from his fans.

The 39-year-old actor shared a photo from his film Baahubali in which he can be seen holding two swords crossed against each other. The picture immediately went viral and received over 280,000 likes at the time of publication.

A couple of days ago, some reports made the rounds that Prabhas decided to give in to the pressure of his fans to make his grand entry on Instagram. Later, these reports turned out to be accurate as a lot of fans started following an account named @actorprabhas, which did not have a display photo, a verified symbol or a single post.

As of now, Prabhas has managed to get over 800,000 followers on his Instagram account, and the number of followers is expected to increase further when the actor keeps sharing other posts on the photo-sharing website.

On the work front, after capturing the hearts of the audiences with his brilliant performances in SS Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, Prabhas is now shooting for his upcoming action film titled Saaho opposite Shraddha Kapoor.

Directed by Sujeeth and also featuring Evelyn Sharma and Neil Nitin Mukesh, Saaho is reportedly a project with a big budget of Rs 300 crore. According to AndhraBoxOffice.com, the film is all set to hit the cinema on 15^th August. If the report is accurate, Saaho will clash with John Abraham's Batla House and Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal at the box office.

For more information about Prabhas’ upcoming movie, Saaho is one trilingual movie, and it’s not dubbed in 3 different languages including Hindi. The film started shooting in June 2017, and its first poster's release was on October 23rd, 2017 coinciding with Prabhas’s birthday. More interestingly, last year, the makers dropped the movie’s second teaser and once again it was also on his birthday.
