Comedian Ali Bereaved As Mother Leaves For A Heavenly Abode

Comedian Ali, who has a number of successful Telugu films to his credit, lost his mother in the early hours of December 19. His mother was 77 years old.

Well-known comedian Ali, who boasts of a number of successful Telugu films in his repertoire, lost his mother in the early hours of December 19. His mother Mohammad Zebeda left for a heavenly abode in Rajahmundry in early hours of Thursday. According to reports, the actor’s mother, who was 77 years old, had not been keeping well for some time now and had several age-related ailments.

Mohammad Zebeda is survived by his son Ali and a daughter. She was at her daughter’s place in Rajahmundry, where she breathed her last. Reports suggest that she used to frequently visit her daughter and the duo used to spend some beautiful time together. Ali was deeply saddened after he heard the heart wrenching news of his mother Zebeda’s passing away. The actor immediately left to the place where his mother died after that. Reports suggest that the immortal remains of his mother were kept for homage in Rajahmundry till evening and from there taken to Hyderabad for the last rites.

Comedian Ali is widely known for his range of films and his impeccable comic timing. He is the actor who never fails to leave the audience in splits. Apart from the films, the actor is known for his popular television talk show Ali Tho Saradaga. He married Zubeda Sultana Begum in 1994 and is blessed with two daughters, Mohd Fathima Rameezun and Zuveria Meethi and a son, Mohd Abdul Subhan.

The actor has received a number of awards and accolades over the years, including Nandi Special Jury Award for his performance in Pittala Dora (1996).
