Oscar-Winning Singer Lady Gaga Pens An Emotional Message About Self-Love

Never one to play it safe in the beauty department, global superstar Lady Gaga has time and again impressed us with her innovative hairstyles and daring makeup looks. In an announcement of her new make-up line, the Oscar-winning singer penned an emotional note about self-love.

Lady Gaga started the note with the confession that she always battled with self-confidence at the early age. She wrote,

She added that she realized “the power of make-up” after seeing her mom put on her "bravest" face every morning and she later started to experiment it as a way to make her dream of being as strong as her mom come true.

The Shallow hitmaker, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, further stated, “It was then that I invented Lady Gaga. I found the superhero within me by looking in the mirror and seeing who I wanted to be”.

She said that thanks to makeup, she had a chance to find out the bravery that she didn’t know she had.

Lady Gaga’s brand Haus Laboratories will be teaming up with the world's biggest online retailer Amazon for the brand new beauty line and pre-order will be available from 15^th July on Amazon Prime Day. According to Business of Fashion, the beauty line will feature lip glosses and a wide variety of products that can be used for eyes, lips and cheeks in various shades.

Earlier, Lady Gaga posted a promotional video on her social media handle to announce her new make-up line which reveals the visions of the brand is to promote self-love as well as spread bravery and creativity.
