However, please note that the whole country is under the quarantine rule amid coronavirus pandemic so visiting a friend who has a baby is definitely unrecommended. In fact, the authority of California state, where both of them are living, has ordered people to practice self-quarantine and stay inside their houses to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
