"Manikarnika" Kangana Ranaut Spotted Working Hard For Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's "Panga"

Kangana Ranaut is now busy preparing for her upcoming role in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's "Panga," including gaining weight to suit the character.

Kangana Ranaut is one of the most successful actresses in the Bollywood industry. Her impressive appearance in debut movie Gangster, as well as later projects such as Queen, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, always steal the spotlight and leave all fans in awe.

Currently, Kangana is also preparing for a comeback this year, titled Panga and directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari. To well perform this role, she needs hard workouts to get into proper shape. Recently, she was spotted outside a gym center, looking stunning as usual even in casual clothes.

In the pic, she wears a simple white T-shirt paired with black shorts, yet still, be able to steal the spotlight. India Today reports that her new role as a kabbadi player in Panga required Kangana to gain 10 kilograms. And of course, our passionate and reliable actress had no hesitation at all and started the hard workout sessions. She has also followed a high-calorie diet with the aim of best resembling this character.

Not only one time, but the actress was seen going to the gym regularly. A few days before, the image of her in light pink tee and tight black shorts also left everyone in awe. Despite all those casual clothes, the actress, indeed, looked healthy and shining.

In Panga, Kangana Ranaut will co-star with Richa Chadha, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, and other excellent actors. Director Ashwiny also opened up about this project in an IANS' interview, saying it's such a big challenge to her. However, she's happy to learn a multitude of new things, including a bit of kabaddi.

So well does the cast get along that Kangana even penned down a touching note for Ashwiny, which was shared on social media by the latter. It's written in the letter, "Thank you for seeing unassuming bright light superwoman all day every day. With love, Kangana." The talented director emotionally captioned it, "Thank-You ‘K’. Only spreading love every day."

Panga is scheduled to release on January 24 next year.
