Kangana Ranaut’s Sister Rangoli Chandel Takes A Jibe At Deepika Padukone For Dancing Like A Barati

Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel, who is known for her tweeting nuisance, has stooped to a new low after she made a cringe-worthy remark on Deepika Padukone and her battle with depression.

For the unversed, Deepika decided to open up about her personal struggles some years ago, to encourage others suffering from depression to seek professional help. Since her diagnosis, the actress has been involved in actively spreading awareness about mental illness, including founding the Live Love Laugh Foundation to promote mental health care.

In a video shared with the hashtag #NotAshamed, Deepika breaks down while narrating how depression had affected her, and how she fought it out. Deepika believes that one should not be ashamed of talking about suffering from depression as it is like any other mental illness, and it requires professional help.

As Deepika Padukone’s video hitting 1 million views on Youtube wherein she first talked about depression, The Live Love Laugh Foundation took to its official Twitter handle to share a boomerang video of the actress doing a happy dance with the Chairperson of the foundation, Anna Chandy.

However, this didn't sit too well with Kangana Ranaut's sister and spokesperson, Rangoli Chandel.

Commenting on the same, Rangoli lashed out the foundation for objecting to the earlier title of Kangana’s upcoming film, Judgemental Hai Kya, \

Neither Deepika nor her organization has responded to Rangoli's remark, as yet.

Earlier, Rangoli Chandel launched a new attack to Taapsee Pannu, calling her a "sasti copy" after the Game Over actress didn't mention Kangana in her tweet praising Judgemental Hai Kya trailer.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika will next be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak where she will be seen portraying the role of Laxmi Agarwal, the acid attack survivor.
