The 20-year-old Ananya Panday is all set to make her big Bollywood debut with "Student of the Year 2", a sequel to the 2012 film that launched Alia Bhatt's career.

Ananya Panday, daughter of popular Bollywood actor Chunky Panday, is all set to make her mark in the industry with Dharma Productions’ Student Of The Year 2, a sequel to the 2012 hit film that helped Alia shot to fame.
During a recent interview, Ananya Panday expressed her fondness for Alia Bhatt and said she hopes to grow into a versatile artist like her idol.
Ananya said that her character in Student Of The Year 2 is very much like her as a person and compare their qualities of being passionate, loud and expressive. Panday added,
Admitting that she has not experienced formal training, Ananya Panday was extremely honest in playing this role and she hopes people see that.
She said.
Other than Student Of The Year 2, Ananya Panday has begun shooting for her next Bollywood film with Kartik Aaryan called Pati, Patni Aur Woh which is a remake of the classic 1978 film also starring Bhumi Pednekar.
