One of the Bollywood’s highest-paid actresses Sonam Kapoor shot to stardom with Rajshree Ojha’s Aisha so the film must have a special place in her heart. To celebrate 9-year anniversary of Aisha, the gorgeous actress took to her social media handle to pen a heartwarming note, terming it “a crazy adventure” for her.

Based upon Jane Austen's novel Emma, the flick revolves around the life of a young, wealthy girl who believes that she is able to find a perfect match for anyone. Aisha also featured Abhay Deol, Amrita Puri, Ira Dubey, Cyrus Sahukar and Arunoday Singh in the key roles.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Sonam Kapoor was last seen Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga in which she played a homosexual Punjabi girl. While the film failed to work wonder at the box office, her role was still lauded by the critics and audiences.

The 34-year-old diva is currently awaiting the release of her upcoming film The Zoya Factor opposite Dulquer Salmaan. The film follows an advertising agency executive named Zoya Singh, who meets Indian Cricket Team and ends up becoming the team’s lucky charm.

Talking about the role, Sonam said,

Directed by Abhishek Sharma and bankrolled by Fox Star Studios, The Zoya Factor is expected to release on 20^th September. The film will clash with the Amitabh Bachchan-starrer Jhund and Vidyut Jammwal-starrer Commando 3 at the cinema.
