As per a report from Mid-day, Shah Rukh Khan has decided to shoot his upcoming movie, former Indian Air Force pilot Rakesh Sharma’s biopic from February instead of May as scheduled

The fact is that Shah Rukh Khan planned to film for his upcoming movie, former Indian Air Force pilot Rakesh Sharma’s biopic in May this year. However, as per a report from Mid-day, the actor has decided to shoot from February instead of May as scheduled.

The source told that the decision was made to avoid putting on heavy and cumbersome costumes during the hot summer months. The report suggests,

The source also said that the decision of Khan to advance filming stems from his own desire to divert the attention from the debacle of his last film, Zero.

Shah Rukh, in a recent interview with Deccan Chronicle, thanked Aamir Khan for telling him about the role. The superstar said,

The film’s script is written by Anjum Rajabali, directed by filmmaker Mahesh Mathai. Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur will be the producers of the film. There are some rumors doing the rounds that Bhumi Pednekar is signed opposite SRK, though producer Ronnie told PTI that the announcement about the official ensemble cast will be made any time soon.
