Ranveer Singh: My Wife Gives 100 Percent To Whatever She Does

Showing up at a singing reality show, actor Ranveer Singh recalled the day shooting for "Nagada Sang Dhol" and spoke highly of his wife Deepika Padukone, who is always devoted her talent and ability to work.

Ranveer Singh will appear at the  Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa show in the role of a guest this weekend to promote for his upcoming film Simmba co-starring with his leading lady Sara Ali Khan.

During shooting for the episode, he was left a strong impression by a performance coming from contestant Aishwarya Pandit. She performed  “Nagada sang dhol” - the song from 2013 Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, which starred both Ranveer and Deepika.

On recalling these days of shooting, Bollywood's chameleon actor sang the praise to Deepika:

The couple had tied the knot in a fiercely private wedding in Italy on November 14 and 15 with their close friends and family members for their wedding. It was followed by three receptions: one in Bengaluru and two in Mumbai. They concluded their wedding celebrations with a reception thrown in for their friends from the film industry on December 1 with many Bollywood celebrities in attendance including Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif, Sara Ali Khan and many more.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh will be seen as a flamboyant police officer in Simmba, which is set to release on December 28.
