The movie fraternity as well as every fan has been showing immense support for the flick and has high hopes that it would bag an Oscar. In spite of that, the sad news has come round when the final record of nominees was out in the open this morning. Gully Boy could not make it to the shortlist of Oscars 2020.

Well, of course, Rangoli Chandel – sister of Kangana Ranaut has something to say about this. She had a go at the film when the news went viral, saying that the film is a copy. Taking to her Twitter account, Rangoli Chandel claimed that Gully Boy was not authentic and that it was a rip-off from 8 Mile, a Hollywood film and hence, Gully Boy cannot be anticipated to receive an award.

Her tweet goes,

It is kosher to mention that it is not the first time Chandel has taken a dig at the Raazi actress. When Alia Bhatt recently got snapped leaving a show with her award, Rangoli Chandel talked down on Alia, saying that she was making an escape from the award show before it had even begun.

Kangana’s sister accused Alia of award-fixing when she had seen the pictures that went viral on the Internet. The Krrish 3 star along with her sister often opened up on their object to nepotism and have given Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt backlashes about the same.
