The most-talked-about couple Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas tied the knot in an extravagant wedding at Umaid Bhawan Place in Jodhpur. They got hitched as per two traditions (Hindu and Christian) and needless to say, every little update from their big day was also the talk of the world.

While many can’t stop gushing over their love story, some still heavily criticize them for the over-10-year-age gap, which triggered a plethora of memes on the Internet. Priyanka recently sat down with InStyle magazine and spoke at length over this issue.

The A-list discussed the hypocrisy in judging a woman when she gets married a man ten years younger than her. She also pointed out the stereotype that people feel normal when a man marries to a woman whose age younger to him. PeeCee said,

In addition to their age discrimination the couple has been facing, some critics have even questioned whether their love is real or not. A media outlet also had a story titled, “Is Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s Love for Real?” soon after they got married.

The Isn’t It Romantic? star revealed that her family members and friends were “furiously typing on their phone.” However, the actress decided to stay away from commenting and not let them bother her anymore.
