Mother's Day is being celebrated across the world and social media is filled with cute posts and messages for all the mommy. And needless to say, Bollywood stars are not to be left behind. They took to Instagram to share some throwback pictures and pour their heart out showcasing the love for the strongest pillars in their lives.

Alia Bhatt shared an old picture of herself with her mother Soni Razdan and wrote:

Anushka Sharma kept it very simple by sharing a childhood picture of herself with her mother and captioned it "Maa."
Actor Priyanka Chopra shared two special videos to celebrate Mother’s Day with her mother Madhu Chopra and mother-in-law Denise Jonas, calling them the ‘two superwomen’ of her life.

Deepika Padukone penned the most heartfelt message for her mom and called her mom a friend, guide and a role model.

Actor Aamir Khan was celebrating Mother’s Day by sharing precious pictures from the old family album. “Ammi and me. Best Mom in the world!” he captioned the picture.
Janhvi Kapoor posted a childhood picture with late mother Sridevi, remembered her mom on the big day. Along with the photo, she wrote, “Cherish them, listen to them, give them all the love in the world ❤️ Happy Mother’s Day.”
Actor Jacqueline Fernandez, who lives away from her mother, wrote on Instagram, “Missing my mama ? happy mummy’s day!”
Sharing his love for his mom, Shahid Kapoor wrote, "Happy Mother’s Day. Words will always fall short".
